ADIDAS TERREX UNVEILS LATEST COLLAB WITH AND WANDER, INSPIRED BY THE COLORS OF THE NATURAL WORLD

Adidas TERREX and fashion-forward Japanese outdoor label and wander unveil the second drop in their multi-seasonal collaboration, inspired by the hues of the natural world.

The adidas TERREX x and wander collection is united by a design DNA that celebrates the stunning natural palette of the earth. The first drop from the two companies was based on micro elements – stimulated by the zooming into the human body, taking inspiration from human synapses and neurons. This time round, the drop is inspired by macro elements with earthy color tones replicating the earth’s surface and the view of the earth from the universe.

The newly released collection features the adidas TERREX x and wander XPLORIC RAIN.RDY Jacket. With a bold and modern look and functionality at its core, the jacket features transparent and non-transparent materials which are inspired by the colors of the earth – and the earth’s atmosphere. The jacket is made to protect hikers from rain and features adidas’ iconic Xploric chest pocket for hikers looking to store their mobile phone or other valuables easily.

Enabling hikers to be ready for adventure, anywhere and look great the same time, the adidas TERREX x and wander collection also features:

adidas TERREX x and wander women’s Fleece Tunic (W) and Jacket (M) – For when the weather turns cold, this Fleece Tunic is not only stylish, but also comfortable. Both fleeces feature a special ceramic print showing the earth’s surface from the universe.
adidas TERREX x and wander Graphic Shirt – A striking loose fit unisex t-shirt, perfect for those looking to explore the outdoors in style and comfort. The three graphic t-shirts show three different satellite images from Germany, Japan and USA, linking to the headquarters of the companies behind the collection.
adidas TERREX x and wander shorts – Loose fit outdoor shorts that features a phone pocket in the side.
adidas TERREX x and wander women pants – Loose fit outdoor pants that features a bold look through strong all-over print. Both the shorts and pants feature a stonewashed look and earth-inspired colors that link them back to nature.

The new collection also features two iterations of the adidas TERREX x and wander FREE HIKER 2. The lightweight shoe – which launches in four striking new colorways – offers grip on a range of surfaces thanks to a Continental ™ outsole. Meanwhile, the midsole features adidas’ innovative BOOST technology, which delivers energy return in every step. The hiking shoe also benefits from an EVA stabilization frame for mid and forefoot support and a heel clip with an integrated torsion bar. The shoe’s upper is made in part with recycled materials.

Enriching the head-to-toe outfit, the adidas TERREX x and wander collection features earth and nature inspired accessories including the Terrex x and wander Aeroready Cap, Terrex x and wander Aeroready Backpack (170€) and the Terrex x and wander Cold-Rdy Wool Sock (35€).

To celebrate the launch of the new collection, adidas has launched an ASMR-inspired video on YouTube that people can watch to escape from their busy city life.
