BAD BUNNY WINS “FAVORITE MALE ARTIST – LATIN” & “FAVORITE ALBUM – LATIN” AT THE 2020 AMERICAN MUSIC AWARDS

Global superstar Bad Bunny wins at the 2020 American Music Awards, receiving the awards for “Favorite Male Artist – Latin” and “Favorite Album – Latin” for his sophomore solo album, “YHLQMDLG. The multi-platinum artist participated in the award show virtually from his home in Los Angeles, CA presenting the first new Latin award “Favorite Female Artist – Latin. Bad Bunny was originally set to perform his #1 global hit “Dákiti” with Jhay Cortez live for the first time at the AMAs but unfortunately, the artist tested positive for COVID-19, which forced him to cancel the presentation.

 

During the ceremony, Bad Bunny also premiered the Flamin’ Hot Crunchy Cheetos commercial, who he has partnered with for the “Deja Tu Huella” (Leave your mark) campaign. Cheetos, in collaboration with the artist’s Good Bunny Foundation, is giving back to the Hispanic community with a $500,000 commitment. Bad Bunny continues to leave his mark in the history of music as a creative powerhouse, and these last achievements are a clear demonstration of it.
