BUZZING CHICAGO PHENOMENON YUNG DIVIDE DROPS NEW SINGLE & MUSIC VIDEO “SAME”

After inciting buzz independently with millions of streams, 16-year-old vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, producer, and Chicago phenom Yung Divide unveils a new single and music video entitled “Same” today via Epic Records. Listen to “Same” HERE and watch the music video.

The track hinges on glossy keys and a head-nodding beat cooked up by regular collaborator CM Beatz, while Yung Divide laid down the drums himself. He delivers the verses with a charismatic flow before carrying a hypnotic hook as he reminds an ex, “We can’t go back like we used to, because it’s not the same.” Zeroing in on his suburban origins, he walks around a quaint Illinois neighborhood in the visual, addressing the camera in between scenes of a tense relationship. It just hints at the depth of his vision.
