FITO PAEZ Premieres Third Official Video From EADDA9223 “LA VERÓNICA” With NATHY PELUSO

Following the singles/videos “Brillante sobre el mic” with Ángela Aguilar and “Sasha, Sissí y el círculo de baba” with Mon Laferte, it’s time to see the music video for the outstanding version of “La Verónica” with Nathy Peluso.

Diego Alvarez (Plataforma Productions) serving once again as Director, during a two-day shoot in Madrid, the video tells the story of Fito and Nathy as scriptwriters for a film that takes place in Rome featuring “La Verónica” (with Eugenia Kolodziej as the protagonist).

There is a nod to Jean-Luc Godard’s classic “À bout de souffle (“Breathless”), a 1960 film starring Jean-Paul Belmondo.

Páez‘s love for script writing is reflected in this six-minute short film, where we see the artists working on the script for the film “La Verónica,” in an apartment in a European city, and get to see the filming taking place in Rome, including beautiful images of Eugenia meeting an Italian actor. At the end of the video, Fito and Nathy leave the apartment and walk through the streets of Madrid.

The album EADDA9223 has been widely accepted in all Spanish-speaking countries, due to Fito‘s brilliant performance along with the notable artists who accompany him, and above all for supporting the concept that any musical work can be revisited, especially when it comes from the hand of its own author.

The acclaimed album was recently selected by Billboard Magazine in the United States as one of the 23 Best Latin Albums of the Year so far and Páez is on the cover of Billboard Argentina’s 10th Anniversary Issue. In addition, the Argentine musician has just been nominated for the first Premios Rolling Stone En Español Awards as Artist of the Year and in the Album of the Year category (for Futurolgía Arlt).

After his successful tour through Spain during the month of July, with eight historic shows, he is preparing to start a new leg of his tour through Central and South America in September.
