17-year-old Jordanian singer, songwriter, and guitarist Issam Alnajjar’s debut single, “Hadal Ahbek,” is out now—listen HERE and watch the lyric video HERE!

“Hadal Ahbek,” which translates to “I’ll Keep Loving You” in Arabic, is a breezy love song with pop, singer/songwriter, and folk influences. The catchy yet simple chorus features a hummable arrangement that is guaranteed to get stuck in your head.

The viral song became an Internet sensation after Issam posted a snippet of the track on Instagram. After finding initial success and amassing over 10 thousand followers and 12 thousand views overnight, he created a fan challenge with the song on TikTok, which set it on fire across the globe. Since its release, the single has garnered over 16 million Spotify streams, peaked at #1 on Spotify’s US and Global Viral 50 Charts and Shazam’s Top 200 Global Chart, been added to Spotify’s Pop Rising playlist, and amassed nearly 320 million sound views on TikTok. Of the song’s success, Issam says, “It’s amazing how you can understand music in your own way. Whenever I see a comment that says, ‘I don’t even know what he’s saying, but I really like it,’ that just hits me differently because this isn’t a common thing that happens to artists in Jordan or the Middle East. I feel really honored by that. I want Arabic music to become global.”
