JOURDIN PAULINE’S “TOXIC (ERRBODY)” MUSIC VIDEO OUT NOW VIA ESSENCE GIRLS UNITED

After receiving critical acclaim and amassing over 1 million streams on her debut Love Songs About Nobody EP, dancer, actress, singer, songwriter, and “Guyanese Pop Princess” Jourdin Pauline reveals the music video for her latest single “Toxic (Errbody).” It exclusively premiered today with Essence Girls United.

Directed by frequent collaborator Supo Supreme, “Toxic (Errbody)” intercuts trippy visuals with shots of the Guyanese Goddess navigating a party frozen in time. Lit in reds, blues, and purples, the multi-talented songstress rises above as she sings, “Everybody want to be toxic, everybody want to be fake, everybody want to talk nonsense, everybody act the same way.”

She embodies this idea of “timeless music” on these ten tracks led by the single “Lustful Desires.” Right out of the gate, the music video posted up to over 500K YouTube views. Inspired by NETFLIX’s Stranger Things, the visual also highlighted her acting prowess in addition to her drop-dead charisma and undeniable star power.

Most importantly, the music connects Jourdin to home. As she told FLAUNT, “I just can’t let go of that side. I make sure I incorporate it in everything I do, everything I am. Trap-pop that’s Guyanese, that’s going to come out of my music. Dancehall vibes, soca vibes coming soon.”
