KB MIKE DROPS NEW SINGLE & MUSIC VIDEO “DESERVE BETTER”

Sparking a much-needed conversation, buzzing Chicago phenom KB Mike shares an emotionally charged and conscious new single and music video entitled “Deserve Better” via Republic Records today. The track directly confronts domestic violence head-on in an effort to raise awareness.

On the track, delicate production bristles up against his tense verses. He details a heartbreaking story of a seemingly storybook relationship beset by abuse, neglect, and disregard. The accompanying video proves equally affecting.

“I wrote this song because I know a lot of women who have been through this. When I scroll down social media every day, I see so many posts from women speaking about how their exes used to abuse them mentally and physically. I wrote this song to let everyone know that they are worth way more than that and deserve so much better, no matter the circumstances,” KB Mike says about the track.

It arrives on the heels of his latest single and music video “L.O.V.E.” and his breakout anthem “Used To,” which has racked up millions of streams to date. At the same time, he’s already received looks from HotNewHipHop, REVOLT, and many more.
