MONTEPERDIDO RELEASES “NO ESTOY BIEN,” THE LATEST SINGLE FROM THEIR NEW ALBUM ‘DAÑO FÍSICO’

“NO ESTOY BIEN” (“I am not well) is a line with which Monteperdido reaffirms themselves as one of the most promising bands of alternative hardcore: urgent guitars, walls of distortion and sharp lyrics are already the band’s formula to turn their songs into cathartic anthems. This new song is released by Sonido Muchacho and Virgin Music LAS Spain.

Once again, Monteperdido  reflects in their lyrics the urgency and anxiety of the generation to which they belong and the context in which they have lived. Getting up early and exercising are synonymous with the imposed lifestyle, and that does not necessarily promise successful results. Thus, Begoña sings about multiple references to physical exercise, but also to fatigue and pressure.  As the band states:

“We live through sweat, pain and dirt. Surely we won’t get anywhere no matter how early we get up, but the important thing is not to get there, but to have a fun time with incredibly good people who you love very much.”
