PROBLEM RELEASES NEW MUSIC SMOKE BREAK 4 NEW INTROSPECTIVE TRACKS ALONG WITH A MUSIC VIDEO FOR “STANDING OVATION”

Today, Compton rapper, producer and entrepreneur Problem debuts Smoke Break EP, a smooth new playlist full of West Coast flavor. With production by Problem, Audio Anthem, Miles Rose, DJ Kai, Vangogh and ChaseTheMoney, the 4 track EP includes the celebratory “Standing Ovation,” the reflective “Lionel Richy” featuring Airplane James, the brutally-honest “Dim My Light” featuring Snoop Dogg and a remix to the thought-provoking Coffee & Kush Vol 2 fan-favorite “Just Outside” featuring Spoon. Alongside the EP release, Problem is also debuting the visual to “Standing Ovation” where the day starts off by acknowledging his growth and accomplishments. Take a moment to reflect, then shout it from the rooftops and celebrate.

Smoke Break follows Problem’s motivating 4-track playlist Coffee Break that includes the hard-hitting morning risers “Clout” and “Go Time,” a remix to his Coffee & Kush Vol 1 fan-favorite “G-Shit,” and “Taking All Fades” featuring Dom Kennedy. The morning Coffee Break and afternoon Smoke Break are precursors to his forthcoming full-length album Coffee & Kush – The Finale, the final installment of his critically-acclaimed Coffee & Kush trilogy series.

Earlier this year, Problem released the upbeat and inspiring single “4 The Low” ft. Wiz Khalifa that spotlights independent cannabis brands and showcases the health and economic benefits of legalization. In 2020, Problem released two critically-acclaimed albums Coffee & Kush Vol. 1 & 2 – the latter which included the star-studded “Don’t Be Mad At Me Remix” ft. Snoop Dogg and Freddie Gibbs which earned over 15 million streams on Spotify alone. VIBE Magazine proclaimed “LA’S DOPE MC, PROBLEM IS A HIP-HOP GREAT!”

Moreover, the rapper turned entrepreneur launched his own company Martin Holdings who has a brand licensing agreement with global cannabis lifestyle firm and high-end retailer Burb. Burb just expanded their operations with a $4 million Series A funding with participation from 300 Entertainment CEO and co-founder Kevin Liles. Additionally, Problem spearheaded multiple cannabis businesses including a signature strain of Coffee & Kush cannabis, a pre-roll line named Benny’s and a special new edition to his Coffee & Kush mug line with a licensed Snoop Dogg Coffee & Kush mug available this week HERE.

Meanwhile, his production company 50Million Media kicked off a YouTube show earlier this month called Guess That Celebrity. On the show, Problem along with special guest hosts divulge intimate personal stories involving an unnamed celebrity. Watch the first three episodes below and try to guess the celebrity yourself!

Guess That Celebrity follows the 50Million Media produced feature film “A Compton Story” released exclusively on TIDAL along with wellness interview series Morning Walks that included interviews with Nick Cannon, DeMar DeRozen, Marcellus Wiley and Xzibit. Later this year they will roll-out another new series 106 & Spark.
