Dua and Calvin eye fifth week at Number 1 while Childish Gambino and Shawn Mendes advance on Top 10

Dua Lipa and Calvin Harris dance collaboration One Kiss is currently looking good for a potential fifth week at the top of the Official Singles Chart, but with Ariana Grande climbing back up one place in today’s Official Chart Update with No Tears Left To Cry, will there be an upset when the chart is announced on Friday?

Last week’s highest new entry from Childish Gambino – the alter ego of actor Donald Glover – looks set to storm the Top 10 this week, as This is America rises eight places to Number 6.

Canadian singer Shawn Mendes looks nailed on for a fourth Top 10, as In My Blood aims for a new peak, zooming fourteen slots to 7 after its acoustic version was released, and David Guetta and Sia’s Flames has a shot at going Top 10 for the first time, rising two places to 9.

With their fifth studio album Tranquility Base Hotel + Casino looking set to take the Number 1 album spot this Friday, Arctic Monkeys’ tracks make an impact on the Official Singles Chart too, with Four Out of Five (12), Star Treatment (13), and One Point Perspective (17) all making a Top 20 showing at this stage.

Girls, Rita Ora’s collaboration with Cardi B, Bebe Rexha and Charli XCX, starts at 18, and there could be a 13th Top 40 for Selena Gomez on the way – Back to You is new at 37.

Eurovision Song Contest: SuRie aiming for Official Chart Top 40 placing with Storm

UK’s 2018 Eurovision Song Contest hopeful SuRie could make up for her disappointing night in Lisbon on Saturday with a Top 40 hit. Despite finishing 24th out of a possible 26 countries while battling a stage invasion, Storm is in at 32 on today’s Official Chart Update.

Outside of the Top 40, Netta, the Eurovision winner from Israel, currently occupies Number 57 with Toy, and runner-up Eleni Foureira of Cyprus is at Number 72 with Fuego.

announced the second annual LOVELOUD Festival (http://loveloudfest.com) designed to
ignite the vital conversation about what it means to unconditionally love, understand,
accept, and support LGBTQ+ youth in our communities. The 2018 LOVELOUD Festival
will be powered by AT&T.

AT&T supports various initiatives that promote safety and inclusion for LGBTQ youth, including The Trevor Project’s suicide prevention and crisis intervention service. Together, through music and an inspiring message, LOVELOUD and AT&T can share our vision of a future where LGBTQ youth are connected to love and acceptance.

LGBTQ+ teen suicide, often caused by a lack of communication or an absence of
acceptance, is one of the most troubling issues in the community. The numbers are
staggering:
• Suicide is the second leading cause of death in the US for youth (teenagers) according to
the Center for Disease Control.
• LGBTQ+ youth that come from a home or community where they are not accepted are
eight times more likely to commit suicide.

“We at LOVELOUD are determined to help create a more loving and accepting environment for them, while also hoping to raise more than $1 million dollars for local and national LGBTQ+ charities” said founder and Imagine Dragons front-man Dan Reynolds. “We look forward to a day dedicated to celebrating their diversity while listening to great music and inspiring speakers.”

LOVELOUD Festival will take place Saturday, July 28, 2018 in Salt Lake City, UT at the
Eccles Stadium and feature performances by Grammy® Award-winning artists Imagine
Dragons, Zedd and Linkin Park’s Mike Shinoda along with Grace Vanderwaal, Neon
Trees’ Tyler Glenn and A.W. Stand-up comedian, actor and writer Cameron Esposito will also perform and emcee the day’s festivities. More performers and speakers will be
announced in the coming weeks.

LOVELOUD tickets will go on sale Friday, April 6 at 10AM MST. Festival goers can
purchase tickets HERE. Doors open for the LOVELOUD Festival at 2pm and the music
begins at 3:30pm. The festival will feature food, beverages and a number of other
activities for fans of all ages and interests. The LOVELOUD Foundation will donate
proceeds from this year’s event to benefit LGBTQ+ organizations including Encircle, the Tegan and Sara Foundation and the Trevor Project.

“LOVELOUD’s inspiring goal is to raise $1 million dollars for LGBTQ+ organizations in
one day, and we know that this amazing program of music and speakers will entertain,
educate and inspire everyone who comes out in support on July 28th," said Tegan and Sara. “We started the Tegan and Sara Foundation to bring resources and attention to
issues affecting the LGBTQ community, and we are proud to work with the LOVELOUD
team to amplify their urgent message of acceptance and unconditional love.”

As part of this quest, Dan Reynold’s created a documentary centered around
LOVELOUD, called Believer. The film received runner up for the “Festival Favorite Award” at Sundance Film Festival 2018 and will premiere on HBO in June.

LOVELOUD’s inaugural festival bowed August 26, 2017 in Orem, UT at Brent Brown
Ballpark. The event drew 17,000 concertgoers and featured live music from Imagine
Dragons, Neon Trees, Krewella, Nicholas Petricca of Walk the Moon (Acoustic), Joshua
James, and Aja Volkman. In 2017, LOVELOUD Foundation lent its support to various
charities such as Encircle and Stand4Kind, as well as national charities, The Trevor
Project and GLAAD.

The LOVELOUD Foundation is a catalyst to bring communities and families together to
help ignite the vital conversation about what it means to unconditionally love our LGBTQ+youth. LOVELOUD offers hope to young people, letting them know they’re not alone and encouraging acceptance in the home and community. Normani’s debut solo single with Khalid ‘Love Lies’ surpasses 200M streams on Spotify

Khalid and Normani‘s ‘Love Lies‘ has amazingly surpassed 200 million streams on Spotify.

‘Love Lies’ was released commercially for digital download through RCA Records this year on February 14 as the second single from the movie soundtrack for Love, Simon.

It is Normani’s debut solo single. It entered at number 43 on the Bilboard Hot 100, opening with 22,000 downloads and 11.7 million streams in its first week. This tied Fifth Harmony with Destiny’s ChildThe Go-Go‘s and Labelle for the most members (three) from an all-female group to chart solo on the Hot 100, with Normani being the third.

It also scored the highest first-week position for a debut single by a girl group member.

The duo gave a sultry performance of the single on ‘The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon‘ last month on April 10 (see below).

Jennifer Lopez Talks Alex Rodriguez Engagement Rumors After “El Anillo” Stirs Up Rumors

Jennifer Lopez says her new single “El Anillo,” which translates to “The Ring,” is indeed about her relationship with Alex Rodriguez but that she’s “not trying to run into anything” when it comes to marriage.

The 48-year-old divorced singer premiered her new Spanish-language song at the 2018 Billboard Latin Music Awards on Thursday. The song contains lyrics such as “Where’s the ring?” and “I’ve never felt anything this big, and your wild side drives me mad” and mentions a “home run with three on base” and the number 13, spurring speculation that the song is about her retired star Yankees player boyfriend to propose to her.

J.Lo talked about the song, which was written by Venezuelan songwriter Oscarcito, in an interview with Ebro Darden on Beats 1 on Apple Music.

“Here’s what’s happening,” Lopez said. “Right now, the songs that I have coming out, everything that’s going on with women—it’s a very empowering time for us. It’s a good time for us. We’re like, ‘Yo this is not OK/this is OK, I want to be treated with respect, I want my place in your life, I want to be paid equally.’ And my next two songs kind of deal with that. It’s like, ‘Where’s my ring, and where’s my money?'”

“We’re good right now,” she said about A-Rod. “I’m not trying to rush into anything, I’ve done that before, to no avail.
