Toosii shared the official video for “Sapiosexual,” a track from his new project, Poetic Pain. Sensual and romantic, the clip finds the South Coast Music Group/Capitol Records star connecting on multiple levels with a new love, who is finding it difficult to exit a toxic relationship. The video, which was directed and produced by Brian Robles (Phora) underscores the song’s celebration of the mind-blowing chemistry that results when intellect and eros are entwined.
The “Sapiosexual” video comes on the heels of news that Vevo DSCVR has named Toosii as one of its “Artists to Watch” for 2021. The program, which champions emerging artists, counts Sam Smith, Billie Eilish, Lewis Capaldi and Maggie Rogers among its alumni. Watch Toosii’s live performances of “Sapiosexual” and “Sinners Prayer” for the content series.
