XANMAN HAS A “TRUE STORY” TO SHARE

DMV rapper XANMAN has returned with his latest release “True Story” available at all streaming services and DSPs now. The song has also arrived with an official visual also available now.

“True Story” arrives after his latest mixtape I’M A BAD PERSON released earlier this year. The mixtape included standout tracks including “Different,” “Tracktor” and “Pain In Me” and included features from industry peers NoCap and TisaKorean. The project was met with praise from The FADER, HYPEBEAST and more while also being highlighted by The Washington Post as one of the area’s recent notable releases. I’M A BAD PERSON follows last year’s acclaimed mixtape, BROKEN. The mixtape drew raves from the likes of Pitchfork, Complex, HYPEBEAST and more. BROKEN in turn followed the breakthrough success of Xanman’s viral hit, “Gucci Down.”

Xanman has most recently been seen teaming up with IDK for the IDK & FRIENDS 2 project (“Riley”) which was the official soundtrack to Kevin Durant’s Basketball County: In The Water as well as appearing as a part of a select group of artists appearing during The FADER’s Digital FORT, a two-day event held earlier this year to help raise money for those hardest hit by the COVID-19 pandemic (streaming HERE).
