Blessd confirmed his tremendous connection with the Mexican audience, performing before more than 11,000 people at the Palacio de los Deportes in Mexico City. Following his successful appearance at Flow Fest last November, fans were eager to experience a full concert by the Colombian artist.

The Ay Bendito Ghetto Tour, which had already won over music fans across the United States, finally made its way to Mexico, led by Blessd and his friend, fellow Colombian Ryan Castro.

During Friday’s concert, both artists reaffirmed their growing success in Mexico and demonstrated their strong chemistry on stage, delivering a unique show that highlighted both their joint classics and solo hits.

The concert kicked off at 9:30pm with the crowd fully energized by “Quién TV”, one of the songs that helped define both artists’ career and foreshadowed their success as collaborators.  The concert continued with songs like “Niña de mis sueños,” “Ojitos rojos,” “Godiva,” “Palabras sobran,” and “Comerte a besos”.

After a wardrobe change that featured a striking yellow outfit, Blessd surprised the audience that was present at the Palacio de Los Deportes when he appeared wearing the Mexican national soccer team’s jersey, customized with his name and the number 33 on the back—a tribute to one of the most important countries in his career.

To the delight of many, Blessd performed his latest release “Amista” live for the first time— a song for the brokenhearted that is poised to become a global hit and one of his signature anthems.

Blessd couldn’t leave without performing hits like “Te canto bajito”, “WYA,” “Yogurcito,” “Soltera,” “Casi algo,” “Oe bebé,” and of course, closing the night with “Mírame”.

Before taking the stage at the Domo de Cobre, Blessd was awarded certifications by Warner Music Mexico for his latest global hits: Platinum + Gold for “Mírame,” which has amassed over 80 million streams, and Gold for “Deportivo,” with more than 30 million streams in Mexico alone.
