HONEY DIJON SHARES NEW SINGLE “JUST FRIENDS”
Honey Dijon shares her new single “Just Friends” featuring Adi Oasis, Danielle Ponder and SUNI MF.
“Just Friends” blurs the line between desire and restraint. Anchored by a pulsing low-end and crisp percussion, the track channels Honey’s deep-rooted understanding of classic house while pushing into richer, more contemporary territory. Vocals from Adi Oasis and Danielle Ponder glide between sensuality and emotional clarity, capturing the tension of a connection that refuses to stay neatly defined. It’s a 3AM record, intimate, magnetic and unapologetically grown.
“Just Friends” is taken from Honey’s forthcoming album Nightlife, which she announced last month. A 12-track body of work rooted firmly in club culture yet expansive in scope, Nightlife captures the electricity of the dancefloor while pushing her sound into more nuanced, layered territory.
Collaborators across the album include Greentea Peng, Chlöe, METTE, Jacob Lusk, Mahalia and Bree Runway, alongside “Just Friends” collaborators Adi Oasis, Danielle Ponder and SUNI MF. At its core, Nightlife honours the foundations of house music while subtly reconfiguring its edges.
You can pre-order Nightlife HERE, out April 17th.
Last month, she also took over Tate Modern for the latest edition of Tate Late, curating a programme of DJs, art and conversation celebrating LGBTQIA+ history and underground club culture, further cementing her position not only as a DJ and producer, but as a cultural architect.
In 2025, Honey Dijon has continued to captivate audiences across the globe, delivering unforgettable sets at some of the world’s most iconic venues and festivals. Highlights include Panorama Bar in Berlin, Circoloco, Fabric London, a residency at Chinois in Ibiza, Knockdown Centre and her own day festival at Finsbury Park in London. Her performances, known for their seamless blend of house, disco, and techno, turn every set into a celebration of music, fashion, and culture, reaffirming her status as one of the most influential figures in contemporary club culture.
