Hoodrich Pablo Juan taps Gucci Mane and Nav for “Shoebox”

Rhyming with an eerie calm, Hoodrich Pablo Juan doesn’t have to raise his voice to make his presence felt. Joining forces with two of hip-hop’s flashiest flexors, Hoodrich Pablo Juan shares “Shoebox,” his new single.

Riding a lumbering and colossal trap beat, complete with twinkling piano, pitched-down vocal chants, and monster movie bells, Pablo trades bars with his 1017 Eskimo boss Gucci Mane and with XO standout NAV. Forming a formidable tag team, the three rappers take turns describing their extravagant lives, each trying to one-up each other’s boasts.

“Shoebox” is the latest single from BLO, Pablo’s upcoming project, following “Screaming Slatt,” featuring Young Thug, the sinister “Fireworks” (2 million YouTube views) and “Dolce Gabbana,” his collaboration with 1017 Eskimo labelmates Yung Mal & Lil Quill. BLO arrives this Spring via 1017 Eskimo/Alamo.
