Emerging break through artist Kevin Kaarl is set to dazzle audiences with his newest single release, ‘Mis Compas tan Aqui’ an infectious anthem about breaking free from the chains that cause us to overthink everything, and allowing oneself to feel the moment and enjoy life to the fullest. “This is a song I wrote after a night out with my friends where I realized even when going through an extremely difficult time, great company can help heal wounds,” Kaarl says. “I want people to identify with that feeling and use it to help remember that everything is ok when your friends are around. I want this to be the mantra for the summer,” he adds.
The video was shot entirely in his home town state of Chihuahua and was directed by local video director Aliud.
The release of ‘Mis Compas tan Aqui’ follows Kaarl’s successful debut album ‘Paris Texas’ which garnered him critical and audience acclaim for his honest songwriting mixed with pop sensibilities, which has led him to be one of the most promising rising stars today. With nominations to Premios Juventud and MTV MIAW Awards, plus a recently announced and now sold-out leg of his Mexican tour, Kaarl’s star continues to rise steadily while delivering heartfelt and sincere music that doesn’t compromise his vision.
