President Donald J. Trump Signed S.J. Res. 11 and H.J. Res. 35 into Law

On Friday, March 14, 2025, the President signed into law:

S.J. Res. 11, which nullifies the Department of the Interior’s rule relating to the “Protection of Marine archeological Resources”.

H.J. Res. 35, which disapproves an Environmental Protection Agency final rule implementing the Waste Emissions Charge on oil and natural gas facilities that exceed waste emissions thresholds.
