Atlanta’s newest breakout voice Bankroll Ni introduces herself with the release of her debut EP, Who Is Bankroll Ni? out now via Columbia Records. Following the explosive success of her viral hometown anthem “I’m So ATL,” which earned co-signs from Beyoncé, Lil Baby, Lizzo, and YoungBoy NBA, Ni’s first project invites listeners deeper into her world. The EP reveals the hunger, heart, and grit behind an artist who raps like everything is on the line and finally answers the question on everyone’s mind: Who is Bankroll Ni?
A fierce, fiery presence from the Southside, Ni channels Atlanta’s hip-hop legacy with the instinct of a lioness, clawing through production and beats with unfiltered attitude. As a mother of two balancing music with real life, her drive has become her signature. Raised by a single mom, she first found her audience through dance videos and early recordings in her brother’s bedroom closet studio. That raw DIY spirit and the hunger it instilled runs throughout the EP.
The six-track project introduces Ni as a sharp-tongued, charismatic force with humor, and unapologetic confidence that have already begun to shape her fanbase. While on tour with Pluto this past month, Ni previewed several tracks from the tape, building excitement for her debut project.
