Breakout Star 1900Rugrat Announces Debut Mixtape, ‘Porch 2 The Pent,’ Out February 28th

With a crackling charisma and an endless barrage of bars, 1900Rugrat is South Florida’s next rap superstar. After gaining steam for months behind viral hits like “One Take Freestyle“, 1900Rugrat officially announces Porch 2 The Pent, his debut mixtape. The upcoming tape is home to “One Take Freestyle Remix,” his new collaboration with fellow Floridian Kodak Black, as well as recent singles “Clean N Dirty” and “Auntie Ain’t Playin'” ft. Skrilla. Telling the story of his rise from the trenches with neck-snapping flows and double-take punchlines, Porch 2 The Pent arrives on February 28th via Remain Solid / 300 Entertainment. 

Released in January, “One Take Freestyle Remix” is the latest step in 1900Rugrat’s elevation from Limestone Creek, FL to the top of the rap game. Originally released last summer, the “U.O.E.N.O.”-flipping “One Take Freestyle” became 19’s biggest hit to date–propelled by 19’s snarling delivery, quotable bars, and an electric performance on On The Radar, “One Take Freestyle” went viral, generating over 50 million streams across platforms. The remix has generated over 2 million Spotify streams and 4 million YouTube views, and hasn’t left YouTube’s trending chart in the 4+ weeks since its release.

Last week, 1900Rugrat announced that he will join his fellow Floridian BossMan Dlow on the “Dlow Curry Tour,” as one of the featured supporting acts. Born in Limestone Creek, a diverse enclave in Palm Beach County, 1900Rugrat worked tirelessly to hone his rhyme talent until he could compete in a crowded Florida rap scene. Flashing his ability to go crazy on any instrumental, 19 dropped a steady stream of freestyles, gaining traction over beats with samples of artists as diverse as Lil Uzi Vert, Alicia Keys, and Nancy Sinatra.
