The urban music world is about to embrace a new classic: “OE OE”, the lead single from Louis BPM’s new EP 167 BPM, featuring multi-award-winning Puerto Rican artist Farruko—an artist in constant reinvention, now championing new voices with global vision.

This collaboration is not by chance, but the result of a deep, intentional process that merges music, street culture, and a message of resilience. The track was born out of Farruko’s impactful journey through Venezuela, where he visited iconic regions such as La Guaira, Caracas, Los Roques, and most notably Canaima National Park, where he connected with the Indigenous Pemón people.

“OE OE” emerges as a celebration of unity and respect, produced by the talented GHETTO, who blends modern beats with a unique sensitivity. Louis BPM brings a powerful voice and authentic style that channels the pulse of Venezuela’s streets with undeniable international force.

From their appearance at Premios Heat in Medellín, Colombia—where Farruko publicly introduced Louis BPM as part of his new Carbon Armor roster—the bond between the two has grown beyond music. Farruko hasn’t just offered professional backing to Louis BPM; he’s woven the artist’s story into his own artistic narrative.

During his time in Venezuela, Farruko was deeply moved by the country’s cultural and natural richness. His time with the Canaima Choral Symphony—composed of Pemón children and youth—as well as his experience in the jungle with native animals and Indigenous communities, became a wellspring of inspiration for the song. On social media, he shared heartfelt moments that went viral and now live at the heart of “OE OE.”

That trip to Venezuela changed my life. Seeing how the Pemón people live, how they love their land and honor their roots, deeply moved me. I wanted to bring that energy into the music—and doing it with Louis BPM, a Venezuelan kid who represents the new while respecting the old, was perfect. ‘OE OE’ isn’t just a song—it’s a love letter to the land,” said Farruko.

I grew up in Pinto Salinas dreaming of singing with the greats. Farruko didn’t just give me that chance—he gave me family, experience, and vision. This song is a message to the world from Venezuela, from Canaima, from the streets. We’re making music with soul and purpose. ‘OE OE’ is just the beginning,” said Louis BPM.

The release of “OE OE” marks another milestone in the meteoric rise of Louis BPM, who previously teamed up with Farruko and J Balvin on the Tranquilo (Remix). In June, Louis and Farruko surprised fans with an impromptu concert in Pinto Salinas, Louis’s neighborhood in Caracas, where Farruko performed from the roof of a car—no lights, no stage—just the raw power of music and the streets.

That symbolic moment sealed their connection and proved that authenticity remains the most powerful force in urban music.

Directed by Smalldy Films, the “OE OE” video was shot in visually stunning locations and captures the magic of the collaboration: nature, real moments of brotherhood, and raw street imagery that tells the story of both artists’ roots and rise.

“OE OE” is now available on all digital platforms, accompanied by a striking video that’s already making waves for its emotional and street-level impact. With this release, Farruko and Louis BPM show that music can build bridges across cultures, generations, and life experiences.
