UNTILJAPAN BREAKS HIS SILENCE WITH FIRST RELEASE OF 2025 “PYRAMIDZ”

Rising from Atlanta’s underground scene with a sound that’s both jagged and intimate, genre-defying newcomer untiljapan introduces his first release of 2025, “PYRAMIDZ”. The track signals the return of a distinctive voice in rap—one unafraid to be raw, experimental, and emotionally exposed. “PYRAMIDZ” also arrives alongside a new visual directed by Trey Lyons.

untiljapan first turned heads in 2022 with his independent EP WARHOL, made in his bedroom while still in high school. In 2023, his debut LP SAFE TRAVELS gained momentum online, helping him build a small but dedicated following with his breakout single “KISS N TELL” quickly earning him over one million streams. His work blends rap, melody, and storytelling in a way that feels deeply personal, often pulling from real moments and internal battles.

Born to Nigerian parents and raised in Georgia, untiljapan’s relationship with music started young but didn’t become a serious focus until college. He was studying computer science when he decided to drop out and fully commit to making music. That leap—taken without a plan, but with a lot of faith—has shaped the way he approaches everything since.

With “PYRAMIDZ,” untiljapan opens a new chapter. It’s the first in a string of new releases building toward his next body of work.
