HONEY BXBY STAKES HER CLAIM AS THE NEXT ERA OF R&B WITH “RIGHT ON TIME”
Honey Bxby is rewriting the R&B rulebook with her electrifying debut single, “Right On Time”, her bold new offering under Rebirth Entertainment / Warner Records. This isn’t just another track—it’s a full-throated declaration that the future of R&B is here, and it’s dripping with attitude, soul, and a cheeky twist.
“Right On Time” is a heartfelt ride through love and liberation. Over a romantic, shape-shifting beat, Honey’s sultry, soulful vocals float effortlessly: “Half of you, but wanting all of me / Boy, I just wish you would let me be / ’Cause Tyrone is outside and he’s calling me / And he’s right on time.” In other words, she’ll have another “you” in a minute.
The “Right On Time” video finds Honey freshly liberated and enjoying some self-care by destroying old photos of her ex. He tries his best to sabotage her budding romance, but he’s too late. Watch HERE.
Fresh off the buzz of her breakout hits “LEFT EYE” and the sultry, show-stopping “Touchin’” (which even earned a nod from the queen Mary J. Blige and a remix cosign by Busta Rhymes), Honey is not just riding a wave—she’s creating a tidal surge. With every note, she effortlessly melds modern production with classic soul, proving that R&B can be both innovative and irresistibly fun.
“This song is definitely one of my favorites,” says Honey, who’s been in the studio lately. “This lives in my headphones rent-free, and any lady from 0 to 100 can relate. Everybody had somebody play with them. You have to let these men know: You want Wagyu or a Skirt steak.”

The rising R&B star recently announced her spot on SAINt JHN’s Festival Season Tour, kicking off March 22 in Boston. Don’t miss the chance to witness Honey Bxby’s unmatched stage presence and vocals live! Tickets are available now—secure yours HERE.
In addition to earning looks from Billboard, VIBE, Rated R&B, UPROXX, and more, Honey has opened tours for Sexyy Red and Flyana Boss and graced stages (and screens) from BET’s Soul Train Awards to HOT 97 Summer Jam to Netflix’s Rhythm + Flow. Now signed to Warner Records and backed by industry powerhouses including Karriem “KMack” Mack’s Rebirth Ent and James McMillan’s Art@War, Honey’s rise is as unstoppable as it is stylish. The forthcoming EP, Raw Honey, promises to push boundaries even further, delivering an unfiltered, raw perspective on love, liberation, and everything in between.
