ISAK DANIELSON ANNOUNCES NEW ALBUM ‘LOVE, ISAK’
Acclaimed Swedish singer-songwriter Isak Danielson has announced his highly anticipated new studio album ‘Love, Isak’, set for release in early 2027. A deeply introspective body of work, the album explores the multifaceted realities of love, heartbreak, and the modern difficulty of finding genuine connection. The record showcases Isak’s trademark soulful vocals, immense songwriting talent, and unflinching emotional honesty. Serving as an ultimate ode to heartbreak, Isak notes of the upcoming project:
‘This album is about learning to live again after heartbreak, without ever fully escaping the person you once loved. I wrote this album during a time when so much was happening in my life. I was going through every emotion possible, and I think that’s why I’m so proud of it. I love music that makes you feel something, and I hope this album can do that. I hope you see yourself, connect with your own experiences, and let every emotion you feel be felt.’
The album announcement follows the momentum of recent single, ‘Goodbye To A Lover Again’, which has quickly become a streaming phenomenon. The track has amassed almost 2 million total streams, with a remarkable 784,000 streams in the last seven days alone. Six weeks post-release, the track is experiencing a powerful surge in organic growth and listener momentum. According to Isak, the track reflects ‘my view on the gay dating culture, and how it’s so driven by a pursuit of validation, attention and sex. How difficult it is to form lasting bonds and how it slowly breaks down your self-esteem.’
‘Goodbye To A Lover Again’ has paved the way for ‘Love, Isak’ after a brilliant 2026 for the Gothenburg hailing talent. A sold out European tour, a tour supporting Lewis Capaldi and a plethora of new music incoming. Isak continues to cement his status as a global streaming force. With his catalog surpassing 1 billion streams and career views exceeding 200 million on YouTube, Isak Danielson shows no signs of slowing down as he builds toward the release of his most defining album yet.
