PERFECT PERSON ANNOUNCES DEBUT SELF-TITLED PROJECT

Vancouver electronic pop artist and producer Perfect Person has just announced that his self-titled debut EP will be out next year on January 23rd. The news arrives alongside new single “Wishful Thinking” and its accompanying visualizer, an ethereal, upbeat outing that features an appearance from frequent collaborator Dalilah.

“Wishful Thinking” (feat. Dalilah) stamps their second link-up following “Care For Me”, released in August, and also arrives on the heels of “Feel U”. It’s all been building up to the release of Perfect Person‘s debut project, a full-hearted, self-produced blend of pop, light drum and bass, and trip-hop. On the new EP, he shares: “I started this project in September 2024 after just moving back to Vancouver at a time when I was feeling pretty stuck artistically. I needed to rediscover the love I felt when I first started learning to make music a decade ago, so I finally made a home for the electronic ideas I’d had over the years that didn’t fit anywhere else.”
