Post Malone Brilliantly Teams Up with Blake Shelton for New Single ‘Pour Me a Drink’
Post Malone has released a new single, “Pour Me A Drink”, featuring Blake Shelton, now available via Mercury Records/REPUBLIC. The duo recently performed the track at the CMA Fest to a sold-out audience at Nissan Stadium. This performance will be broadcasted as part of the CMA Fest special on ABC on June 25th.
In addition, Post Malone has announced his debut country album, “F-1 Trillion,” set for release on August 16th.
Meanwhile, Post’s chart-topping hit “I Had Some Help” with Morgan Wallen continues to make waves. Upon its release, it soared to #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, achieving “the highest weekly sales and streams since 2020.” This marked Post’s sixth #1 and Wallen’s second. The song has held the #1 spot on the Hot 100 for five consecutive weeks, making it “the longest-running number one song of 2024.” Impressively, it was “the first single to debut at #1 on both the Billboard Hot 100 and Billboard Hot Country Songs Chart and maintain the top spot on each chart for three subsequent weeks.” It also topped the Billboard Global 200 chart and has already amassed over 1 billion streams.
“I Had Some Help” was released following Post Malone and Wallen’s memorable performances at the Stagecoach Festival 2024 in Indio, CA. On Saturday, Post delivered his first-ever Stagecoach set, performing a range of country covers and inviting superstar guests Brad Paisley, Sara Evans, and Dwight Yoakam for an unforgettable performance. On Sunday, Post joined Wallen on stage for the live debut of “I Had Some Help” to a sold-out crowd.
