SILVESTRE DANGOND receives the Lifetime Achievement Award at the tenth edition of the HEAT LATIN MUSIC AWARDS

In a night full of music and emotions, Silvestre Dangond, one of the most important international exponents of vallenato, received the Music Lifetime Achievement Award at the tenth edition of the HEAT LATIN MUSIC AWARDS. With more than 20 years of musical career, Silvestre has taken the contagious rhythm of vallenato to every corner of the world, conquering hearts and international stages with his vibrant and joyful music.

In addition to winning 2 Latin GRAMMY’s and other important awards, Silvestre Dangond was named Best Tropical Artist of the night. This award not only celebrates his talent and dedication, but also marks the 10th anniversary of the HEAT LATIN MUSIC AWARDS.

During the press conference honoring his musical career, moderated by talented Venezuelans Marko and Amanda Dudable, Silvestre expressed his gratitude for the award “I thank the Heat Awards for this recognition, my fans for their love over the years, and all the people who have supported my music. This award is for all of you. Making music has been my blessing, I have enjoyed making music and touching hearts with it. Long live vallenato and long live the silvestristas”.

The ceremony, held in the paradisiacal setting of Punta Cana, included a special performance by Silvestre Dangond, who delighted the audience with a medley of his most distinguished hits, such as “La Colegiala”, “Ya no me duele más”, “Justicia”, “Materialista” and “Bacano”. At a high point of the evening, he was joined on stage by Nacho, composer of the hit song “Materialista” and member of the duo Chyno y Nacho, creating a festive and celebratory atmosphere.

Silvestre offered an exceptional performance that had everyone in attendance up and dancing. With a unique style, looking impeccable and modern, he proved once again why he is one of the most loved and respected artists in the Latin market.

After this unforgettable night, the singer continues with his busy schedule, which includes performances in several Latin American countries, as well as in the United States, where his tour has started very successfully. Silvestre Dangond will be playing next in San Juan, PR: Coca-Cola Music Hall on September 19, Orlando, FL: Kia Center on September 21, Salt Lake City, UT: Eccles Theatre on October 17, Los Angeles, CA: The Novo on October 18, and Miami, FL: Kaseya Center on December 6. He is coming off a sold out tour that is expected to close his tour with a bang.
