SINGER-SONGWRITER STELLA LEFTY RELEASES NEW SINGLE “BOSTON”
Breakout Los Angeles-based singer-songwriter Stella Lefty releases her new single “Boston” via Atlantic Records.
Garnering initial buzz online after teasing the track, “Boston” arrives as Stella continues to smooth the lines between country and pop. With a signature catchy hook and the backing of a banjo, the song flows without interruption as Stella’s raspy vocals sit at the forefront.
The new single continues a breakout run for Stella, as her single “Thinking ’bout You” has generated more than 25 million global streams, as well as over 10 million impressions on her own TikTok page, with millions more across the platform through fan engagement and user-generated content. The track debuted with widespread playlist support across major DSPs, further solidifying her expanding digital footprint and streaming presence. She followed with “Slow Dancin,” a fan-favorite release that continued to showcase her evolving sound and deepening connection with listeners, followed by “The Kill,” which was featured in Scream 7.
Stella recently announced her first headline shows at The Moroccan Lounge in LA, on May 13th, and Mercury Lounge in NYC on May 19th – both which sold out within 5 minutes of being announced.
In 2026, she continues to expand her live footprint after spending the last year joining tours with Will Swinton, Alessi Rose, Porchlight, Jessie Murph, and Wyatt Flores. Kicking off this week, Stella took the stage as an opener for Cameron Whitcomb, with additional dates coming up. She also will be joining tours for both country-sensation Tucker Wetmore and UK-breakout Myles Smith, while also taking the stage at festivals including Osheaga and Lollapalooza. See full routing below.
Known for her emotionally resonant writing and modern pop sensibility, Stella Lefty is quickly positioning herself as one of the most exciting emerging voices in the space. In the studio, she collaborates with Joe Reeves, Hoskins, Jkash, Grace Enger, and her longtime best friend and co-writer, crafting songs that balance intimacy with bold, dynamic production. Fueled by social media traction, direct-to-fan engagement, and a rapidly expanding live audience, Lefty is entering a defining chapter of her career.
