Tony Shhnow shares new album ‘Self Portrait’ feat. Luh Tyler, Marco Plus & Chrisnxdoor

Following the recent release of his first single of 2025, “I Can’t”, Atlanta’s contemporary torchbearer Tony Shhnow has just shared his new album Self Portrait –– out now along with an accompanying music video for “Think Again”. Self Portrait arrives on the heels of a year of collaboration for Tony Shhnow, backed by recent guest verses on tracks like “On God” alongside EarlSweatshirt from MIKE and TonySeltzer’s Pinball project, as well as “Rich Ni*****” with RobbBank$. Produced entirely by Mike & Keys and clocking in at 15 tracks, Self Portrait is a deeply reflective offering from TonyShhnow that boasts select collaborations from Florida teen star LuhTyler, AMP member Chrisnxtdoor, and Atlanta lyricist MarcoPlus. Self Portrait finds TonyShhnow stepping back into his classic Atlanta rap bag and away from the plugg sound showcased on his last project, 2024’s #NoOneElse hosted by DJ Yung Rel. Filled with heavy 808s and cutting-edge verses, the release of Self Portrait sees Tony Shhnow fully embracing the sound of his city that he grew up on.

Since his 2020 breakout hit “Vet” (13M+ Streams), TonyShhnow has carved out a consistent presence in Atlanta’s underground scene, releasing multiple mixtapes a year, including the critically recognized Kill Streak and Reflexions. His catalog has produced standout tracks like “Don’t Look At Numbers” (5M+ Streams) (as well as its BrentFaiyaz-featuring remix) and the Cashcache!-produced “real runtz” (15M+ Streams), showing his ability to balance Atlanta’s mixtape tradition with inventive approaches. Across recent years, Tony Shhnow has pushed beyond his core sound, experimenting with vulnerability on Love Streak, delivering energy alongside Robb Bank$ on I Can’t Feel My Face Too, and expanding his horizons through collaborations with TiaCorine on “Boogie” and Kenny Mason for “100 or Nun”. His 2024 project Out The Woods returned to his plugg roots, with rapid-fire flows over euphoric production, paired with the outdoors-inspired video for “Cool Minute”. Tony Shhnow has also kept a steady presence beyond music: he’s taken his aesthetic into new spaces, from sitting front row at ANNABOLINA’s FW24 runway show to appearing at the Ksubi x Trippie Redd presentation during New York Fashion Week last year.
