9lives links with Bktherula for new single “BBGIRLGOSLOW” (feat. Ty Dolla $ign)

20-year-old New Zealand artist and producer 9lives has just linked with Bktherula for the new single “BBGIRLGOSLOW” (feat. Ty Dolla $ign). Featuring bright synths and seismic trap drums, “BBGIRLGOSLOW” fuses 9lives‘s signature cutting-edge production (with co-production from SimmyAuto), with Bktherula‘s dazzling bar work, and Ty Dolla $ign‘s levitational vocals together for an idyllic, summer-ready heater. The track further expands on the electronic sound that 9lives has leaned into on recent link-ups with Odetari for “UP FREESTYLE” and adore for “die for someone”, and follows his run touring with Kanii on the European leg of the #BLUE Tour and a recent appearance on On The Radar‘s Beat Breakdown series. 9lives was also recently nominated for Best New Artist at this year’s Rolling Stone Australia Awards.
