R&B Queen Ari Lennox sold out The Fillmore in Philadelphia Saturday night with her Age/Sex/Location Tour. The whole night was a sexy vibe and if you love artists that sound just like their albums, this is where you needed to be! Ari brought two amazing artist on tour with her, Jai’Len Josey and Alex Vaughn.
Jai’Len Josey opened the show with a sassy performance of “She Got It” followed by her single “Good Soup.” Later her in her set, Josey revealed she’s single as of yesterday and she’s looking for someone. The fellas had no problem speaking up, and some women got in on the action too. Age/Sex/Location is Josey’s first tour and she ate it up.

Songstress Alex Vaughn did not disappoint. She slowed things down a bit with her single “Mirage” and “So Be It”. Fans singed along word for word as Vaughn laid out her feelings on stage.

Ari Lennox took the stage behind a white sheer curtain raised to reveal her wearing a metallic silver crocodile trench coat. She was joined by her all female live band and three amazing backup singers. With her sultry voice, Lennox opened with POF. She graced the stage with seduction, sex appeal and class.
Fans singed word for word as Ari blessed us with songs from her latest album Age/Sex/Location and older album, Shea Butter Baby. My personal favorites are “Waste My Time”, “Outside” and “Whipped Cream”.
Going into her song “Up Late”, Ari asked fans “How many of yall are high?” How many of yall are drunk?” How many of yall are thinking about the last time you got some?” Fans responded yes to all 3 questions.

Ari shared the spotlight with Dexter, one of her backup singers as he sung Lucky Daye’s verse in “Boy Bye” and backup singer Blanche J sung Summer Walker’s verse on “Unloyal.”
No one wanted the night to be over but all good things must come to an end. Ari gave us 23 songs but of course fans wanted more. She closed things out with “Shea Butter Baby” and “Pressure”. Ari Lennox is definitely an artist to keep your eyes on. If not all, most of her shows on the Age/Sex/Location Tour have sold out.
