AUSTIN MILLZ RELEASES NEW SINGLE “NEED I SAY MORE” WITH JOZZY
Harlem-born musician and fashion sensation Austin Millz debuts his single, “Need I Say More” with Jozzy alongside an alluring surrealist inspired music video. Austin and collaborator, Jozzy, gave fans a sneak peek of the new track at his final performance of his 2024 Wynn Residency on October 11th in Las Vegas.
The music video pairs Austin and Jozzy’s exhilarating new track with a dreamlike excursion. Directed by Jamal Peters, known for his work with Doja Cat (“MASC,” Scarlet Tour), the video follows a journey through a labyrinth building of pulsing party rooms filled with strange and surreal sights. The scenes blur the lines of fantasy and reality through the mixing of dance, music, and visual storytelling. The viewing experience is immersive and otherworldly.
“I’m so honored to be working with a young legend like JOZZY. Not just because of the work shes done with the biggest artists the world like Beyonce, Madonna, Pharrell Williams, Coldplay, Usher, 21 Savage and others, but because of her ability to bring out the best in her collaborators. She really inspires me in the studio and I’m so grateful for her talent and friendship. This song really means the world to me!” said Austin.
“Man, Austin’s my bro. We knew we had one right away. This song is contagious, you just never get tired of it” said Jozzy.
Last year, Austin released his EP, Breathwork, to rave reviews. His hit lead single from the EP, “Inhale/Exhale (Feat. Sabrina Claudio)” landed on ROLLING STONE’s “All the Songs You Need to Know This Week” list. “Need I Say More” follows Austin’s recent singles, “Turbina” with Farruko and “Church” with Tommy Genesis, both released this past summer. It came at the heels of his “Fresh Air Tour” with over 20 North American stops and followed by a European leg. Recently, he closed out his Las Vegas residency after several thrilling months of high energy sets.
