Big Moochie Grape – “Clusters” (Prod. by Bandplay)

The East Memphis Rapper and Young Dolph Protégé Flexes His Fast-Rapping Ability on a New Single

With mean rhymes and a cheery disposition, Big Moochie Grape is one of Memphis rap’s most colorful characters. Never content to buy just one diamond, Moochie’s new single “Clusters” reveals that he buys his jewelry in bulk. Rattling off hard-hitting triplets atop a bass-heavy beat from Bandplay, the newly-minted Paper Route EMPIRE signee boasts about how large he’s been living since he inked that deal: “Rolex on my wrist/Designer Richard Mille/But that b*tch did a Milly Rock.” The latest in a line of quality singles, “Clusters” follows the outlandish video for “Uh Huh Uh Huh Uh Huh, which has over 1 million views in its first month of release and earned coverage in StereogumUproxxHipHopDX, and more.

Big Moochie Grape started bubbling in his home neighborhood of East Memphis in late 2019 with his standout verse on Now & Next” (818k YouTube views), a highlight from fellow PRE signee Jay Fizzle‘s Young Dumb & Don’t Give a F*ck mixtape. In January, Moochie released Big Juice,” a woozy banger that gained traction on the Memphis streets. “Big Juice” and “Uh Huh Uh HUh Uh Huh” helped Moochie grow his following on social media, especially Instagram where he counts over 62k followers. With the help of head honcho Young Dolph (who gifted Moochie a concord-colored Lamborghini) and Paper Route EMPIRE, Moochie is looking to make a major leap as 2020 moves along.

“Big Juice,” “Clusters,” and “Uh Huh Uh Huh Uh Huh” are highlights from an upcoming mixtape from Big Moochie Grape, set to release later in 2020.
