CASH MONEY RECORDS CO-FOUNDER BIRDMAN TO BE HONORED AT EMLINE BALL ON FEBRUARY 2, 2024

Cash Money Records, the trailblazing hip-hop label, proudly announces that co-founder and co-CEO Bryan “Birdman” Williams will be celebrated and honored at the prestigious Emline Ball in his hometown of New Orleans, LA on February 2, 2024. This celebratory occasion is set to take place at The Fillmore New Orleans, commencing at 9:30pm, with an exclusive after-party following from 12am to 3am.

Bryan “Birdman” Williams has been a driving force in the music industry, making his indelible mark on hip-hop culture. The Emline Ball, renowned for recognizing outstanding contributions to music and culture, is set to pay homage to one of the visionaries behind one of the most influential labels in the history of hip-hop.

The following day, on February 3rd, the honorable Mayor of New Orleans, LaToya Cantrell, will present Birdman with Keys to the City. The presentation is scheduled for 2:30pm at Glady’s Bar, a beloved neighborhood (named in memory of Birdman & Slim’s mother).  The Emline Ball honor and key ceremony are a testament to the enduring legacy of Cash Money Records as the most successful independent hip-hop labels of all time.
