CENTRAL CEE STUNS AT 2025 MET GALA

UK global rap sensation Central Cee attended the 2025 Costume Institute Benefit at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in celebration of The Costume Institute’s 2025 spring exhibition, Superfine: Tailoring Black Style.
Cench was a guest of Jacquemus and wore a custom tuxedo that drew direct inspiration from the classic double-breasted suits of Black Dandies. Jacquemus pays homage to these sharp, structured lines with playful elements: polka dots referencing the bold spirit of 1980s Black sartorial dandyism. The look is enhanced with dapper accessories, interweaving elegance with cultural nostalgia.
Central Cee’s dandy-inspired tuxedo in black Japanese wool features a cropped double-breasted jacket, sharply tailored trousers and a crisp white poplin shirt. Superfine is in the details: a polka-dot handkerchief tucked into the pocket, a pipe elegantly fastened to a leather strap worn at the neck, and a cane topped with a polished metal sphere.
