CIERATHERAPPER RETURNS WITH NEW SINGLE “RHINESTONES AND CAMO”
Rising Kentucky artist cieratherapper releases her new single “Rhinestones and Camo”. The single serves as an ode to Ciera’s Kentucky roots and the Appalachian community that helped shape her into the woman she is today. With “Rhinestones and Camo,” Ciera embraces the duality of her identity, blending the sparkle of rhinestones with the ruggedness of camo as a reminder to stay true to where you come from, no matter where life takes you.
On the release, Ciera says: “’Rhinestones & Camo’ is about making something beautiful out of where you come from, knowing who you are, and knowing what you bring to the table. It’s that mix of grit and glamour. I wanted to make a song that feels like me – unapologetic, a little flashy, and a whole lot of attitude. I came from humble beginnings, but that doesn’t mean I have to be humble about how far I’ve come. To me, rhinestones and camo aren’t opposites. They’re proof that you can be rough around the edges and still shine.”
Last year, Ciera released her debut album entitled Trappalachia. Rooted in her Southern heritage, this 12-track project is a bold, genre-blending statement about staying true to yourself, no matter where the journey leads. Across the tracklist, Ciera fuses country-inspired melodies with hard-hitting basslines and pride-filled rap bars, creating a sound that feels raw and authentic. As her career reaches new heights, Trappalachia proves she’s never lost sight of where she came from. The album also features a remix collaboration with That Mexican OT, adding a fresh twist to the project. Before releasing her album last year, Ciera shared the original version of “Country Outta Me”. Prior to that, Ciera dropped her official debut single entitled “Brunette”. The song is dedicated to women with brunette hair while challenging traditional beauty standards in the country music community. With “Brunette,” listeners can hear a mix of authenticity, Southern influences, and grit. Ciera blends rap with country elements to create a unique sound that reflects her genre-bending style.
cieratherapper is an innovative and rising force in rap and country music blending raw lyricism, intricate storytelling, and unapologetic authenticity in every track. Hailing from Morehead, Kentucky Ciera’s unique voice and perspective have quickly made her a standout in the music scene. Growing up, she was raised around music and was exposed to different genres of music by her mother. Ciera’s raw authenticity is largely rooted in her upbringing in a trailer park in her hometown. Her journey as an artist began at a young age, when she was eleven years old, she started writing her own music and would create songs to express her emotions.
Ciera’s work is more than just music—it’s a platform for storytelling, expression, and passion. Her rap and lyrical skills are a testament to her evolving talent. With musical influences such as Jelly Roll, Eminem, Bluegrass, and Cardi B., Ciera describes her sound as “a unique blend of Kentucky bluegrass, new age country, and trap music.” When asked what she wants fans to take away from her forthcoming music, Ciera explains, “I want people to see the country community in a different aspect, from the women to the parties, and the everyday struggles.” She also wants to highlight the entire “trailer park lifestyle” as well as see into some of her darkest personal moments involving that lifestyle. As she continues to evolve, cieratherapper wants to continue shining light onto the country and rap space through her music.
