EUROPEAN TOUR KICKING OFF FEB 2019!
Today, Atlanta rap duo EARTHGANG further cemented their standing as the Southern city’s most exciting rap vanguards by gracing the cover of BLEU Magazine’s “Creative Issue.” It has been a whirlwind year for the duo comprised of Johnny Venus and WowGr8 who started the year off with a bang by releasing their third EP, Royalty, which capped off a trilogy of EPs released that mirrors the story of “Wizard of Oz.” And their destination… Mirrorland; the pair’s debut label album that will be released at the top of 2019 via Dreamville/Interscope.
Teasing the release of the new album was an explosive COLORS session of track “Up” — the first tease of new music which is among one of the highest watched videos on the platform. Following “Up” was a collab effort “Stuck” featuring Arin Ray which premiered on HBO’s Insecure.
Sandwiching the releases were whirlwind tours which saw the Dreamville signees earn a support role on J Cole‘s “K.O.D” tour (alongside Young Thug and Jaden Smith) earlier this fall and play international stages with fellow Atlanta rapper and label mate, J.I.D on their “Never Had Sh!t” tour. The pair’s magnetic live presence is so infectious that artist dujour Billie Eilish is bringing along the pair on her sold out European tour which will kick off in February of 2019.
