As the Mustang GT3 gears up to compete in the apex of global endurance racing – the 24 Hours of Le Mans – Ford Performance has revealed that next year, competitors in the Mustang Challenge will have the opportunity to carve out their own Le Mans narratives.

The 2025 Mustang Challenge Le Mans Invitational is an exciting, optional addition to the 2025 IMSA Mustang Challenge calendar. This exclusive event will take place at the iconic Circuit de la Sarthe, extending an invitation to all Mustang Challenge competitors and eligible owners of the Mustang Dark Horse R to partake in this extraordinary racing spectacle.

The Mustang Challenge Le Mans Invitational is set to be a standout event of the racing season, providing a unique platform for eligible individuals and teams to compete on one of the world’s most renowned tracks. Moreover, a select number of additional Mustang Dark Horse R race cars will be made available to interested and eligible racers wishing to join the competition, ensuring a riveting and competitive race.
