Freya Skye Releases New Single “silent treatment”

Erupting star Freya Skye released her new single, “silent treatment” globally. The single solidifies Freya as a bona fide songwriter and emotionally honest storyteller.

Reflecting on the single, Freya shared that “’silent treatment’ is about someone very close to you and then them disappearing. I think a lot of us have gone through this, and I wrote the song during a time in my life when I was going through that with someone. I came into the studio on a day I was feeling particularly upset about it, but I’m super proud of the result. It’s a song that I love, and I hope everyone else does too.”

The release of “silent treatment” comes on the heels of Freya’s unprecedented surge of fan support, selling out her first four headline acoustic shows in mere seconds. The shows will take place in New York (December 11^th at Gramercy Theatre), Los Angeles (December 17^th at El Rey Theatre) and London (January 8^th & 9^th at Hoxton Hall). Her meteoric rise quickly followed her performance in Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires (July 2025) and her captivating performances on the Descendants / Zombies: Worlds Collide Arena Tour, which was also this Summer.

Last week, iHeart Radio announced Freya’s addition to their national tour of Jingle Ball concerts with a few special performances and a handful of presenter appearances. The special performances will take place in Los Angeles, Chicago and Detroit. Freya’s presence at the holiday shows include December 5^th at Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, December 8^th at Allstate Arena in Chicago, December 9^th at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, December 12^th at Madison Square Garden in New York City, December 14^th at TD Garden in Boston and December 15^th at Xfinity Mobile Arena in Philadelphia.

In a few short months, Freya has amassed over 1.2 billion streams of her music, garnered billions of short-form video views across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and grew her social reach to over four million. Since July 1^st 2025, her following has skyrocketed across platforms:
