Rising multi-platinum pop singer-songwriter GAYLE is continuing her momentous 2022 with her biggest North American headline tour to date. The “avoiding college tour” gets underway October 8 at Oklahoma City, OK’s Beer City Music Hall and then travels through mid-November with support from Carlie Hanson and poutyface. Highlights include shows at Los Angeles, CA’s El Rey Theatre (October 19) and New York City’s historic Webster Hall (November 5). General onsale begins Friday, July 15th at 10am local; for complete details and ticket information, please visit

The “avoiding college tour” announcement comes on the heels of GAYLE’s debut EP a study of the human experience volume one and precedes volume 2 due later this year, with more details to be revealed in the following weeks. The tour is the latest in an extensive international live schedule that has already seen GAYLE traveling on her own sold-out show run, as well as with tours supporting Tate McRae and AJR, and a two-night stand alongside My Chemical Romance in Dublin, Ireland. This summer sees the 18-year-old, Nashville-based artist lighting up an array of festival stages around the world, including Chicago, IL’s Lollapalooza (July 30), the UK’s Leeds Festival (August 26) and Reading Festival (August 28), Dover, DE’s Firefly Music Festival (September 22-25), and Austin, TX’s Austin City Limits Music Festival (October 9 and 16).

GAYLE is supporting the release of her vulnerable debut EP, a study of the human experience volume one, available everywhere via Atlantic Records/Arthouse Records HERE and boasting over 1.3 billion global streams in less than 4 months since its release. Co-written by GAYLE, produced by Pete Nappi, and hailed by Rolling Stone as “a summation of GAYLE’s experiences as a teen, filled with lessons learned and failed friendships,” the EP includes the newly RIAA 2x platinum-certified, 1.5 billion-streaming, worldwide #1 breakthrough hit, “abcdefu,” joined by an official music video currently boasting over 155 million views HERE. In addition to “abcdefu,” a study of the human experience volume one includes such fan favorites as “ur just horny,” “luv starved,”  “sleeping with my friends,” “kiddie pool,” and “e-z (feat. UPSAHL & Blu DeTiger),” all joined by creative visuals streaming now at GAYLE’s official YouTube channel HERE. Declared “the breakout song of 2022” by NYLON and a “gloriously caustic grunge-pop smash” by the Los Angeles Times, “abcdefu” proved a landmark debut for GAYLE, reaching #1 on the Billboard “Global 200” while peaking at #3 on the Billboard “Hot 100” in the US after spending three consecutive weeks atop Top 40 radio charts nationwide. GAYLE was also recently highlighted as a Billboard Music Awards finalist for “Top Viral Song,” and a Billboard 2022 “21 Under 21” featured artist.
