GLOBAL ARTIST SHENSEEA RELEASES NEW SINGLE “TALK TRUTH”
Grammy nominated, chart topping Jamaican artist Shenseea released her brand new single “Talk Truth”. Jamaican producer Di Genius lays out a fiery dancehall beat and Shenseea goes back to her roots with her signature fierce and confident lyrics. She sings “Talk truth, body blessed and me bring me youth…Talk truth, topic of the chat in a the group” reminding us exactly who Shenseea is and what she’s all about.
Today’s new release follows Shenseea’s latest singles “Sold Out”, released earlier this month, and “Curious”, which was released in April ahead of her Coachella debut. The three new singles are setting the tone for what fans can expect from Shenseea as she readies more new music to come very soon and continues her evolution from a dancehall artist into a global pop superstar.
In addition to her own singles, Shenseea was also featured on the song “Infamous” alongside Myke Towers from the deluxe version of Metro Boomin Presents Spider-Man™: Across the Spider-Verse Soundtrack from and Inspired by the Motion Picture. Last year, Shenseea released her highly anticipated debut album, Alpha, which debuted at #2 on Billboard’s Reggae Album chart. Stacked with features including Megan Thee Stallion, 21 Savage, Tyga, Sean Paul, and Offset, the album seamlessly showcases a variety of Shenseea’s favorite genres, R&B, pop, reggae, dancehall, & rap. Also last year, Shenseea earned her first GRAMMY nomination and made her late-night TV debut on Jimmy Kimmel Live! with a performance of “Deserve It”.
