HEAD IN THE CLOUDS MUSIC AND ARTS FESTIVAL PARTNERS WITH TIKTOK LIVE FOR EXCLUSIVE FESTIVAL LIVESTREAM
88rising, the pioneering and internationally-renowned music and media company globally amplifying Asian talent and culture, and Goldenvoice, the leading West Coast concert promoter, have announced their partnership with TikTok LIVE for the official livestream of this year’s Head in the Clouds Music and Arts Festival. The festival is set to take place over one day at Brookside at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA, on August 8th.
Bringing the best of Asian-born music to people’s homes around the world, the livestream will feature a variety of original TikTok LIVE programming including festival commentary and artist interviews backstage, woven into the broadcast as part of a special festival edition of the platform’s interactive, podcast-style show TikTok LIVE: On Air. Fans can tune in to the livestream exclusively across the @88rising, @headintheclouds and @tiktoklive_us accounts.
2026 is gearing up to be another major milestone for Head in the Clouds, with a lineup that boasts international superstars, showcasing the global reach of music from the Asian diaspora. The festival will be headlined by Best New Artist GRAMMY-nominated KATSEYE, who will be joined by Japan’s finest Hip-Hop/R&B group XG, the acclaimed South Korean rapper Dabin.kr (performing for the first time in the US under his new moniker), visionary R&B singer-songwriter UMI, Jay Park-produced K-Pop boy group LNGSHOT, acclaimed South Korean girl group KiiiKiii, and much more.
The live broadcast for Head in the Clouds is supported by Panda Express, The Asian American Foundation (TAAF), & Toyota’s New All-Electric Family, giving fans everywhere a chance to join the experience. Festival attendees can additionally visit the Toyota Music Den to explore two standout vehicles, the C-HR and the bZ Woodland, both part of Toyota’s All-Electric Family.
As part of the livestream, TAAF will share The United States of Asian+America, a digital series produced in partnership with Wong Fu Productions that highlights the untold stories of AAPI pioneers who helped shape America and paved the way for organizations like 88rising to build on.

The festival recently revealed this year’s official food and beverage lineup, populating the Rose Bowl with a variety of good eats and spotlighting some of the best Asian-centric food in the LA area, with an emphasis on small and family-owned businesses.
This year’s list of all-Asian vendors includes the hand-pulled artisanal noodle eatery Bang Bang Noodles, South Korean fried chicken joint Chimmelier, Korean BBQ tacos provided by Kogi, The Boiling Crab’s signature Louisiana-inspired Cajun seafood boil, and Pasadena-favorite Southeast Asian kitchen Bone Kettle. Additional highlights include the Vietnamese hot spot Banh Khot Lady, plant-based comfort food eatery Gokoku, Bistro Na’s exquisite flavors of the Qing Dynasty, Japanese convenience store-inspired bites and beverages by Sandoitchi, and Wagyu smash burger haven Burger She Wrote. Food and beverage partners include Coca-Cola, Soonhari, Panda Express, UG Tea, Beatbox, Hennessy, Hot Boy Chili, JFC International, Lollipop Star, Don Julio and Sapporo. Head in the Clouds 2026 will also include the festival staple Toyota Music Den, a performance stage located within the Toyota booth on-site featuring intimate performances and artist meet-and-greets, delivering the hottest artists on their path to global success. The Head in the Clouds rendition will include highly anticipated performances by Tiffany Day (DJ Set), Autograf, Rhea Raj (DJ Set), and Ylona Garcia. The Toyota Music Den will feature Music Will, the largest nonprofit music program in U.S. public schools that centers student voice, supports teacher agency, and breaks down the barriers that have long limited who gets access to music in school. The Music Will Foundation will present an opening performance featuring students from John Marshall High School. The set will be co-produced by creative producer Dan Matthews and will open the Toyota Music Den Stage.
Additionally, Sephora will bring a curated selection of Korean Skincare to the Rose Bowl, through its dedicated “Sephora K-Beauty Marketplace”, featuring Innisfree, Laneige, and Glow Recipe, available on-site throughout the weekend.
