Hit Mexican artist Jimmy Guzman shares booming new single “No Me Llamo Pepe” ft. Remp & Dani Flow

The hit regional Mexican artist Jimmy Guzman returns with a booming new single “No Me Llamo Pepe” featuring his label mate Remp and Mexican reggaeton artist Dani Flow via Lumbre Music. The song serves a cultivation of Latin music’s next generation of talent who will soon be reigning supreme. Jimmy and Remp are two of the newest signings by the luminary label Lumbre Music who is responsible for fostering some of the most culturally significant and commercially successful releases and artists in recent history including Yahritza y Su Esencia, Nivel, and who are major player in the regional Mexican genre.

“No Me Llamo Pepe” continues Jimmy’s string of explosive singles of which was first ignited with his song “Huaraches” that has amassed over 1.4 million of streams to date, and followed by “Antrax” which has over 3 million of streams to date. With a cult following already established, Jimmy Guzman is well on his way to become a major player in the Latin music arena. 

Rooted in his signature electrocorridos style featuring a heavy bass sound infused with hip hop elements, “No Me Llamo Pepe” sees Jimmy alongside Remp and Dani Flow deliver braggadocio fueled flows that speak life into their larger-than-life dreams and the arduous journeys to attaining them. The music video, directed by Ángel Gutierrez, sees Jimmy Guzman, Remp, and Dani Flow bringing the song to life through an opulent moment of camaraderie. 

The single arrives on the heels of Jimmy’s latest collaboration, “OH SHIT”, with Remp and rising Mexican reggaeton artist Yng Lvcas. The track features a blend of electrocorridos with signature heavy bass infused beats and undeniably melodic vocal tone delivered by Yng Lvcas, a unique style that has grown his popularity massively within the genre and led to collaborations with artists such as Peso Pluma, Codiciado, and Maldy from the iconic reggaeton duo Plan B. Brimming with electrifying chemistry between Guzman and Remp, the song solidifies the duo as an essential act to watch on the club scene in Mexico and beyond.

Jimmy Guzman has earned a space in the contemporary latin music arena. Using music as a hobby and means for his creativity, born and raised in Veracruz, a state famous for bringing reggaeton and tropical sounds into Mexico, Jimmy found hope of a different life, earning co-signs by popular artists of the electro corridos sub-genre such as Yng Lvcas, as well as finding a close friendship and now label mate Remp. Interpolating tropical sounds such as Dembow, with electronic EDM music, Jimmy Guzman is on his way to becoming one of the most unique stars in the regional Mexican arena.
