Honda Racing to Launch HRC Performance Parts at 2026 SEMA Show; Sales Begin March 2027

Honda Racing Corporation USA (HRC US) will launch its first line of HRC Performance Parts for on-road and off-road applications at the 2026 SEMA Show in Las Vegas, November 3-6. The initial lineup of HRC Performance Parts will include lightweight forged wheels and tuned exhaust systems developed by championship-winning HRC engineers to enhance the performance and capability of Honda and Acura production vehicles, including Civic Type R, Integra Type S and Passport TrailSport.

Following final performance and durability testing, including extensive evaluation at Germany’s famed Nürburgring, HRC Performance Parts will be offered exclusively through Honda and Acura automobile dealerships nationwide, and Honda DreamShop online beginning in March 2027.

“Our new HRC Performance Parts are designed and developed by HRC engineers with the same attention to detail given to our championship-winning race cars, both on and off-road,” said Jon Ikeda, senior vice president, HRC US. “HRC Performance Parts will elevate the driving experience wherever our customers take their Honda and Acura vehicles – on the road, to the track and on the trail.”

HRC will continue to expand the portfolio of HRC Performance Parts and will showcase prototypes of future parts at the SEMA automotive trade show, including adjustable coilovers with camber plates, a big Brembo brake kit with 6-piston calipers and a short throw shifter.

HRC announced at the SEMA show in 2024 that it planned to enter a new business of developing authentic performance parts for retail Honda and Acura consumers in North America.

New Lightweight 19×10 Forged-Aluminum Wheel: Developed in partnership with Italy’s 2elle-engineering, the wheel supplier for the race-winning Acura ARX-06 race car, the new HRC 19×10 forged-aluminum wheel is exclusively for the Honda Civic Type R and Acura Integra Type S. It brings race-bred technology to the street, delivering the perfect stance and enhanced performance.

The thin-spoke design and signature gray finish mirror the ARX wheel, while an available bronze finish pays tribute to the legendary Honda RA 272, the first Honda F1 machine to win a race. Tested on Germany’s famed Nürburgring and forged for maximum strength and lightness, each wheel weighs just 20.8 lbs., significantly reducing unsprung weight to enhance handling and performance. Increased negative offset widens the front and rear track, further improving handling while delivering an especially aggressive stance.

Specifications

  • Size: 19×10-inch (0.5 inches wider than factory wheel)
  • Weight: 20.8 lbs. (-5.5 lbs. from factory wheel)
  • ET/Offset: 55mm (+5 mm from factory wheel)
  • Applications: 2023+ Honda Civic Type R and 2024+ Acura Integra Type S

New 18×8 Forged-Aluminum Off-Road Wheel: The first off-road-focused HRC wheel is designed exclusively for the Honda Passport and Pilot. Developed in partnership with Titan 7, a wheel supplier for HRC efforts at the iconic Pikes Peak International Hill Climb and other production-based race car programs, the new HRC 18×8-inch forged-aluminum wheel brings motorsports technology and an elevated, rugged design to the street and the trail.

Crafted from aircraft-grade 6061 aluminum and forged with an industry-leading 10,000 tons of pressure for maximum strength and lightness, each wheel allows for a significant increase of 100kg load capacity over the factory wheel.

Machine Black and Techna Bronze finishes are available, both featuring “Honda Racing” machined into the wheel face.

Specifications

  • Size: 18×8-inch
  • ET/Offset: 40 mm
  • Applications: 2026+ Honda Passport and 2023+ Honda Pilot

New Tuned Cat-Back Exhaust System: HRC partnered with Borla, supplier of exhaust systems for production-based HRC race cars, to create a new tuned cat-back stainless steel exhaust system that enhances the performance and sound of the Honda Passport and Pilot.

The first HRC exhaust system increases flowrate up to 6% and leverages Borla’s patented “Polyphonic Harmonizer” technology to accentuate the powerful natural sound of the Honda double-overhead cam 3.5-liter V6. “Anti-Drone” technology maintains a comfortable highway cruising experience. Utilizing high-flow hydroformed and mandrel-bends to maintain high and consistent flow, and the system’s compact design increases ground clearance up to 1.9-inches for additional off-road capability. Unique exhaust tips finished with the HRC logo make a bold visual statement.

Specifications

  • Performance: Increases flowrate up to 6%
  • Off-Road Ground Clearance: Increases up to 1.9-inch
  • Fit: Direct Installation using factory hangers
