Atlanta welcomed New York’s very own J.I. who took the stage with confidence as he opened up for his Hood Life Krisis Tour. His performance was nothing but good vibes and great energy, surrounded by a great support system.
Although it wasn’t a very large venue, it was filled with dozens of dedicated fans. They screamed to the top of their lungs as he came out, and kept the same energy throughout the entire night.
J.I. did a good job of switching up the moods by having lit hype songs, where he had some team members spray the audience down with water guns. This definitely did what it was intended to do, which was get the crowd extra piped. He doesn’t make rave music, but this was as close as it gets to a mosh pit. It was a fun experience while it lasted. Once it calmed down, he also slowed it down a bit and had the crowd wave their flashlights to light up the dark stage as he got a little more in touch with his emotions.

The crowd was very interactive and supportive of J.I. and his performance. They screamed and cheered the entire night alongside him as he rapped. The crowd was so rowdy, they even convinced the artist to bring up a few fans on stage. He agreed, chose people with recent birthdays, and had the audience sing happy birthday to the lucky girls that got selected.
As the show was coming to an end, J.I. sang his hit song “Need You” where him and the audience harmonized it with an acapella. It was overall a great show. J.I. certainly left his IMPRINT in Atlanta.
