I Prevail brought their Violent Nature tour to a powerful conclusion in Berlin, delivering an energetic and unforgettable performance at UFO at Velodrom. With support from fellow heavyweights Polaris and Texan quartet Gore., the evening offered a diverse mix of modern metalcore, atmospheric soundscapes, crushing breakdowns, and electrifying live moments, all in support of I Prevail’s latest full-length release.

Opening the night, Gore. wasted no time making their presence felt. The four-piece from Texas showcased their distinctive sound, seamlessly blending atmospheric elements with hints of shoegaze and pop, all woven into a foundation of modern metalcore and groove-driven heaviness. Their dynamic arrangements shifted effortlessly between melodic passages and punishing breakdowns, creating a captivating contrast throughout the set. Vocalist Haley Roughton proved particularly impressive, moving from clean, melodic verses to powerful screams with remarkable ease. Their performance quickly raised the room’s energy, setting the tone for the evening and warming up the audience for the two bands still to come.

Following Gore.’s set, it was time for Polaris to take over, and the Australian metalcore powerhouse was welcomed by an already packed room. Clearly a fan favorite, the band delivered exactly what audiences have come to expect from them: a compelling combination of soaring melodies, emotionally charged clean vocals, raw screams, and intricate, hard-hitting instrumentation. The crowd responded immediately, with the first crowd surfers making their way toward the front before a wall of death added another level of intensity to the already heated atmosphere. Tracks such as “Dissipate,” “Nightmare,” and “Inhumane” proved to be major highlights, showcasing the band’s ability to balance technical precision with infectious energy. By the end of their set, Polaris had the audience fully engaged and more than ready for the headliners.

Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for. As the lights went dark, the venue erupted in cheers, and I Prevail finally took the stage. Launching straight into “NWO” and “Bow Down,” the band made an immediate impact. Pyrotechnics accompanied the latter, adding even more spectacle to an already explosive opening. From that point on, the intensity rarely let up.

The set became even more special with two guest appearances. Polaris vocalist Jamie Hails joined the band for “Violent Nature,” while Gore. vocalist Haley Roughton appeared for “Paradise,” bringing the three acts together in memorable fashion. Meanwhile, fan favorites including “Body Bag,” “God,” and “Choke” sent the audience into overdrive, with relentless crowd surfing and mosh pits spreading throughout the venue.
Before the grand finale, I Prevail offered a brief moment of respite with “Hurricane.” The crowd transformed the room into a sea of glowing lights, creating a more atmospheric and emotional moment amid the night’s otherwise relentless energy.

That calm was short-lived, however, as “Gasoline” brought the evening to its explosive conclusion. Accompanied by one final round of pyrotechnics and an audience giving everything it had left, the closing song delivered the perfect ending to the Berlin show. With all three bands leaving their mark, I Prevail closed the Violent Nature tour on a high note, giving fans exactly the powerful, high-energy experience they had come for.
