KEHLANI DROPS NEW SINGLE & VIDEO “NEXT 2 U”
2x GRAMMY nominated, multi-platinum, singer-songwriter Kehlani released her new single, “Next 2 U”, via Atlantic Records.
The song is accompanied by a brand new video, directed by Cole Santiago and produced by Field Trip Media. The video also features stand out choreography from Amari “Monster” Marshall.
The track follows the release of her smash summer anthem “After Hours,” off her highly anticipated fourth studio album, CRASH, arriving June 21. CRASH notably marks Kehlani’s first full-length release in over two years following the 2022 release of her chart topping album, blue water road.

Last month, Kehlani made a triumphant return with “After Hours.” The infectious, nostalgic dance track garnered over 40M streams worldwide and 4.6M US streams in its first week alone, marking the strongest debut of Kehlani’s career. Hailed by Billboard as “oozing with good vibes spurring fans to get outside ahead of summertime,” the Khris Riddick and Alex Goldblatt produced track recently ascended to #14 on Billboard’s “Rhythmic Airplay” chart.
The official music video for “After Hours,” directed by Amber Park and shot on location at the Fontainebleau in Las Vegas, includes a special appearance by Cordel “Scatta” Burrell, whose iconic “Coolie Dance Rhythm” is sampled on the acclaimed track.
