MOTHER MOTHER RELEASE FINAL CHAPTER IN THE HAYLOFT SAGA

Alt-rock sensation Mother Mother has released the final chapter in its incredible “Hayloft” saga. The new track “Hayloft II (SMASHUP)”, a mashup of “Hayloft” and “Hayloft II”, is the last in a series of remixes for the global hit “Hayloft II,” and brings the original tale of the young lovers to its fiery conclusion. The new version came to be due to fan demand; the band responded to comments requesting the mashup, and posted a tease of the new music on TikTok, which quickly rocketed to over 20 million views. The track follows a prolific run of reimaginations of “Hayloft II” which have included the “Hayloft II (Burning Barn Acoustic)”, along with the “DNMO Mix” and “Dark Verb Mix.” Ahead of the track’s release, Mother Mother re-entered Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart this week at #40. The new music comes in the middle of the group’s nearly sold-out Canadian tour, which has already taken Mother Mother through Victoria, Edmonton, and Calgary. The band will play an incredible two nights in Toronto, including a newly announced show at History on May 18th. Limited tickets are still available at mothermothersite.com.
Following the Canadian tour, Mother Mother will join Imagine Dragons as the direct support for their European stadium tour. The run of dates kicks off in Latvia on June 1st, then to Prague with two shows at the Letnany Airport to a combined audience of nearly 150,000 people, and will continue through Europe with stops at the UK’s National Bowl, Austria’s Ernst-Happel Stadion, and Germany’s Sparkassen Park amongst many others. This tour follows up on a sold out American and European headline tour to start 2022, the latter postponed due to the pandemic. The band re-announced their European headline dates, to take place in November and December of this year, including upgrades to many sold out tour markets. See below for a full list of dates.
