RAYE SHARES F1® THE ALBUM SOUNDTRACK CUT “GRANDMA CALLS THE BOY BAD NEWS”
Following her highly anticipated “Suzanne” collaboration released with Mark Ronson earlier this month, global star RAYE returns for a new Ronson-produced track off the star-studded F1® THE ALBUM, titled “Grandma Calls The Boy Bad News”. The song is available now at all online retailers in conjunction with the theatrical release of the Apple Original Films’ F1® THE MOVIE feature film, distributed worldwide by Warner Bros. Pictures.

“Grandma Calls The Boy Bad News” marks the second single issued this month from RAYE and Ronson. On June 13th, the superstar duo surprise dropped “Suzanne,” marking the first taste of new music from RAYE since the North London native became the only artist ever nominated simultaneously for Best New Artist and Songwriter of the Year at the 2025 GRAMMY Awards.“Suzanne” features Ronson’s signature production, elevated by a vibrant horn section that evokes the feel of an intimate club while channeling the timeless magic both artists love. A collaboration long in the making, the song was initiated by luxury Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet, of which both artists are brand ambassadors. Celebrating 150 years, this perfect union is part of the brand’s AP x Music series.
Fresh off a triumphant 25,000-strong performance at Governors Ball, RAYE is set to continue her commanding festival run this summer at Glastonbury (June 28), Montreux Jazz Festival (July 9), and Newport Jazz Festival (August 1) – before returning home to headline London’s sold-out All Points East (August 23) alongside special guests Doechii, Tyla, and JADE.
