Multi-platinum, award-winning R&B singer Mario is one of the most celebrated and loved voices in R&B over the past 20 years. 

Today he shares his brand-new single “Nobody But Us” via New Citizen / EMPIRE, which combines elements of his signature soulful sound – driven by buttery vocals, harmonies, and the intimate storytelling. The track, produced by Dre Moon (cred. The Weeknd, Future, Beyonce), is a timeless love anthem equipped with an early-2000s hip-hop/R&B bounce, delivering a fresh-yet-familiar vibe that transcends time. 

The release comes just weeks after Mario was featured on Kehlani’s viral “Folded (Remix),” where he shined with his silky falsetto and heartfelt delivery. The record continues to trend globally and reignites excitement around Mario’s vocal brilliance. Mario also took London by storm this summer when Drake brought him out as a surprise guest at his sold out historic OVO Wireless 20th Anniversary takeover. UK publications hailed his performance as “one of the standout moments from a weekend filled with many memorable surprises”.

“Nobody But Us” arrives on the heels of his sixth studio album, Glad You Came that was released in 2024. The long-awaited LP, executively produced by the legendary James Fauntleroy, featured the single “Keep Going (Aaaaahhhhh)” which went #1 at R&B Radio. Mario followed that album as support on Mary J Blige’s For My Friends Tour, and his own headline Glad You Came US and International tour in 2025.
