RUSOWSKY EARNS FIRST LATIN GRAMMY AWARD NOMINATION BEST ALTERNATIVE MUSIC ALBUM

The Madrid-based multi-instrumentalist rusowsky has earned his first Latin Grammy nomination. It was announced earlier today that rusowsky was nominated for the Best Alternative Music Album category for his critically-acclaimed debut album DAISY. The nomination wraps an explosive year for the young artist as he entered the global arena, solidifying himself as one of the most exciting artists in music today.
The Latin Grammy Awards will take place next November 13th in Las Vegas, NV, at MGM Grand Garden Arena. Additional information can be found on the official site for the Latin Grammys HERE.
With over 195 million global streams across his catalog and a cult following under his young belt, rusowsky is taking the Latin music arena by storm. He sold out his first ever US headlining tour this past June and will be performing for thousands in Mexico and throughout Latin America this fall with some shows sold out already – see tour dates below and ticket info is HERE. Last year, rusowsky shared the collaborative singles “neo roneo” with Latin Mafia and “uwu^^” with BbTrickz, which Rolling Stone named one of the best Spanish-Language Songs of 2024, marking the first music released with Warner Records, who rusowsky signed with last year and partnered with his entire Rusia-IDK collective on a joint venture.
DAISY has been lauded by Rolling Stone who described as “a conservatory-trained pianist with an anarchic side.” The album was brought to life through an electrifying performance for NPR’s Tiny Desk series that produced viral renditions of his songs including a captivating bachata version of his track “SOPHIA.” The album was also praised by Variety, FADER, Pitchfork in the US and Rolling Stone En Español, MTV LATIN AMERICA, ACERO, JENESAISPOP, Ibero 90.9 FM, and MOR.BO in Mexico and throughout Latin America and Spain. The album brings like-minded creatives from around the globe into the Rusia-IDK ecosphere, including features from Ravyn Lenae, Kevin Abstract, Jean Dawson, La Zowi, Las Ketchup and collective peer Ralphie Choo.
